A scoop is Moonlight Scoops’ unique way of creating mystery bundles. Each scoop contains a curated assortment of surprise items selected from our collection and tailored as closely as possible to your chosen colors, preferences, and inspiration.

Are Scoops Completely Random?

No. While every scoop contains surprises, your selected colors, preferences, and inspiration help guide the overall curation process.

Can I Request Specific Colors?

Yes. Color preferences are one of the most important parts of the curation process. You may also include accent colors, themes, inspirations, and other notes when placing your order.

Can I Request Specific Items?

Specific items cannot be guaranteed. However, we do our best to incorporate your preferences whenever possible while maintaining the mystery experience.

Will I Receive Duplicates?

We work hard to avoid obvious duplicates within the same order whenever possible.

How Long Does Processing Take?

Orders may take up to 10 business days to process before shipment.

Many orders ship sooner; however, processing times may vary based on order volume, customization requests, and video add-ons.

Video purchases are fulfilled separately from physical orders. While we do our best to post videos as quickly as possible, videos may be posted before or after your package arrives.

Do You Ship Outside The United States?

Currently, Moonlight Scoops ships within the United States only.

Can I Send A Bundle As A Gift?

Yes. Many Moonlight orders are purchased as gifts. You may include gift notes when available.
