Packaging Video
Packaging videos are available as an optional add-on and can be accessed directly on the home page when selected. Each video captures your specific order being carefully packed, creating a personalized experience tied to your specific scoop.
Orders that include a packaging video may also receive additional theme aligned items selected to complement the box being purchased. These extras vary by theme and availability and are included as part of the filmed experience.
Videos are filmed as part of our family-run operation and may include assistance from our kids during packing and filming. Every order is handled with care and intention.

All Moonlight Scoops orders are carefully curated, packed, and prepared by our family-run team.
Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing before shipment. Many orders ship sooner; however, processing times may vary based on order volume, customization requests, and seasonal demand.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are separate from Moonlight Scoops’ processing time.
